On arrival

Arrival on Monday and Friday from 4 pm.

1/2 hour in advance contact us at +32 498 46 49 03

The access code for the gate and the front door will be given to you the week before your stay. Therefore, there is no hassle with keys.

Please inspect the property upon arrival and report any irregularities immediately. Also, please check the inventory of the household goods and report anything missing within four hours.

During your stay

We wish you a pleasant stay.

Please keep it pleasant for your surroundings and for the sleep and holiday life of your fellow residents and neighbours.

We expressly ask that you treat this mansion with due diligence.

On departure

Departure on Monday and Friday at 10am at the latest.

Please pay attention to the following when your Landhuis Groenenburg:

• collect all bed linen and towels in the entrance hall
• close all windows and doors properly
• empty the refrigerators completely
• all household goods back in their places
• all dishes should be washed and put back in place
• leave the dishwasher empty
• empty the waste bins in the bathrooms and the kitchen
• leave the house swept clean and tidy
• sanitary equipment cleaned
• outside areas left tidy (no food left behind, cigarette butts, etc.)
• put all waste in the container
• close the gate when leaving the parking area
• please fill in our satisfaction survey
• share your findings on our Facebook page
• the vacation home is not left clean: extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit
